Since I can remember, I’m always fascinated by the great picture and how all the small things are connected with each other. So I’ve started studying physics. It became clear to me that I’m also very creative and wanted to make my ideas come true. That’s why I began with my first startup „lassmalessen.de“.

At the same time I quit physics and started economics because I realised that I want to help people in their professional careers…sort of like a coach or consultant.

During my studies I founded my second startup called „skujou“ and engaged in „MTP – Marketing zwischen Theorie und Praxis e.V.„ the biggest marketing initiative in Germany  organised by students.

I graduated university in 2017 and started my professional career at AKRA GmbH where I learn a lot about the agile mindset as a Scrum Master. Since then I’ve started  „Next Doing Done“ , a Podcast about how to work together.

Additionally my mission to help companies to transform into living organizations which provide meaning for their employees just has been started.
